At Hala Beauty, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Products must not be damaged or altered in any way

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements or personal care items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Supplements that have been unsealed

  • Final sale or clearance items


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged
