Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Hala Beauty Shop. We value your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

  • The product is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to the nature of beauty and wellness products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • Notification Window: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Process: Email us at halacustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or video of the damaged item.

  • Resolution: We will review your claim and, if approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale or purchased with a promo code (unless they arrive damaged).

  • Gift cards.

  • Personal care items where the hygiene seal has been broken.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Approval: Email us at halacustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back without prior confirmation.

  2. Shipping the Item: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
